American YiYo Regional Center is a designated Regional Center pending approval by the US Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) providing qualified EB-5 projects for overseas EB5 applicants. All projects have been approved by the United States Small Business Administration (SBA). YiYo makes all loans in accordance with SBA 504 guidelines and based on targeted NAICS codes. Each project is funded up to 65% through EB-5 projects as defined by the government. Up to 15-20% of project capital comes from government-sponsored financing, such as SBA.
