Global Hotel Group is a seasoned hospitality developer and also runs a full service hotel management operation for over 12 years and counting.

Global Hotel Group was originally founded in 2001 in an effort to provide quality, affordable and reliable management services for hotel owners. Since its inception, it has managed over 17 properties, having more than 1400 rooms, primarily in the southeast region of the United States. GHG has managed a variety of hotel brands, including Hilton, La Quinta, Wyndham, Accor, Choice and IHG.

Global Hotel Group has developed and built from ground up over 15 hotels. In the past 20 years, it has also bought over 15 existing hotels. Over the years, GHG has sold several hotels to buyers who were impressed with the well-run operations. GHG currently owns 15 hotels. In the many years that they have operated, Global Hotel Group has consistently passed performance test performed by their hotel franchisors with flying colors. And over the years, GHG has maintained a strong and excellent relationship with all of its franchisors.

Global Hotel Group prides itself on its outstanding credit rating with its lenders. GHG has always remained current on all of its financial obligations including during the two recessions during the past 12 years, while many other hotels defaulted and, in some cases, shutdown.

Global Hotel Group, is developing a new project under the name, McDonough Hospitality Plaza, LLC, located in McDonough, Georgia, approximately 20 miles away from Atlanta, Georgia. The McDonough Plaza will have 2 hotels and a restaurant. The hotels that will be built and operated will be a Home2Suites and a La Quinta Inn. The restaurant will be a Wild Wing Café. This $22 million project will break ground in December 2013 and will open in December 2014.
