EB-5 is a United States visa program that provides a path to citizenship for foreign applicants who commit at least $500,000 to fund in targeted regions of United States. The goal of the EB-5 program is to stimulate investment and create jobs within the United States while providing a path for citizenship to foreign nationals who seek residency. The EB-5 projects has several stipulated requirements. The projects must:

• Provide at least ten jobs for U.S. workers
• Be invested in a “targeted employment area” per investor
