American YiYo Regional Center is managed by a group of professionals with a background either in US Government Guaranteed Lending using the SBA 504, SBA 7(a) and USDA B&I loan programs, or real estate. The management team has more than fifteen years of experience in working with these programs and other conventional and government guaranteed loan programs for large real estate developments.

Sundip Patel, Managing Partner
As a seasoned Investment Executive, Mr. Patel brings years of experience working with acquisitions, risk management, and development to YiYo, where he focuses on new project acquisition. Currently a Managing Partner at Crosspoint Capital, LPO, Mr. Patel founded a capital market and debt syndication group to source, analyze, and structure complex loan transactions across the United States. He is responsible for generating $100 million in stable, high-quality commercial real estate loans and CMBS loans nationally, in all classes and geographical markets, despite a deteriorating economic climate. Mr. Patel devised a business plan to create the Capital Markets Group, which realized a 30% return on equity, and allowed the company to generate $1 million in net profit consistently each year for five years. Mr. Patel further increased Crosspoint Capital’s return on equity for partnering banks from 25% to 35%.
Sanat Patel, Managing Partner
Sanat Patel is a seasoned commercial banking executive with more than 22 years of experience in generating net income and balance sheet growth for commercial banks. Mr. Patel currently serves as the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Crosspoint Capital. As a co-founder of the Crosspoint Capital Market group for The Bank of Las Vegas, he has generated over $5.5 million in net income (based on $250 million in commercial real estate loan volume) since inception and continues to generate recurring revenue of $1.0 million on an annual basis. In this position, Mr. Patel was responsible for recruiting, training and leading a successful commercial banking team targeting small to medium sized companies in Southern California and Nevada. Prior to forming Crosspoint Capital, Mr. Patel was a Vice President with JP Morgan Chase / Bank One where he was responsible for the management of commercial banking relationships located in Arizona and California. His focus was to provide tailored financial product solutions based on strategic business objectives. From 2002 – 2004, Mr. Patel consistently ranked in the top 5% of all middle market bankers in the nation based on new revenue and overall production. Prior to JP Morgan Chase, Mr. Patel spent many years in various executive positions for Citigroup, Wells Fargo Bank, and Household Bank.
Cristina Weiss , Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Weiss is currently the Principal at Sage Global Investment Company, LLC, an EB-5 liaison and consulting service. In her current role, she sources EB-5 qualified projects for Chinese immigration consulting firms and works with Chinese clients on every aspect of their EB5 project. Further, Ms. Weiss provides consultation to developers in EB-5 Regional Center creation. Through her experience with Sage Global Investment Company, Ms. Weiss has cultivated a strong understanding of the EB-5 Visa program as well as what types of EB5 projects are most attractive to Chinese EB5 applicants.
Debbie Chen, Chief Marketing Officer
A Principal and Partner at Sage Global Investment Company since 2009, Ms. Chen serves as a liaison between EB-5 applicants and U.S.-based projects. Ms. Chen provides assistance on general aspects of obtaining U.S. permanent residency and on investment-related matters. She also is responsible for identifying qualifying EB5 project opportunities that satisfy EB-5 requirements. As a Principal, Ms. Chen works closely with EB5 applicants throughout the entire EB-5 application process, from the initial interview through the receipt of EB-5 visa with information, analysis, and related services. Meanwhile, Ms. Chen is also a licensed Real Estate broker. Her business acumen ensures efficient operations and maximum profitability through the skillful management of people, finances and marketing.
